Our Chef


We are thrilled that our food program is under the direction of Chef Dominique. A classically trained French chef, Dominique has over 20 years of experience creating sophisticated cuisine in a high end country club setting and he served for many years as the Executive Sous Chef at the world famous Carlyle Hotel in Manhattan. Chef Dominique also trained in Cairo and Monaco and is fluent in several languages.

With golf course views, Wiltwyck’s dining is a beautifully appointed setting to enjoy your favorite beverage, appetizer, lunch, and after golf treats. We are proud of our well-trained courteous staff. With popular cuisine trends, as well as traditional comfort fare, there is always something to please you and your guests. Gather with friends, family or business associates.

The Patio

Right outside of our Clubhouse, you will find yourself on our large outdoor Terrace. This al fresco dining spot, a member favorite, showcases the perfect atmosphere for lunch before or after a round of golf. Letting us take full advantage of our beautiful Hudson Valley Weather!
